Brad Marchand’s third-period goal was the difference in the Boston Bruins’ 3-2 win over the rival Montreal Canadiens Monday night at the TD Garden. The Black & Gold now hold a 9-point lead over second place in the Northeast division and are just one point behind the Chicago Blackhawks for the best record in the NHL.
