In an exclusive report by Billboard.com Monday morning, Gribbin says he was a huge fan of INXS back in their earlier days.
“I remember ‘Kick’ like it was yesterday. I remember seeing the guys on MTV and then on Jools Holland’s BBC show…watching as a kid, just blown away by them,” he said.
“INXS definitely played a huge part in my musical education as a songwriter and something I aspired to, so to be in the band now is pretty amazing.”

Gribbin has also worked with Madonna and Paul McCartney as a vocalist, but INXS marks his first gig as the lead singer for a band.
Ciaran & Co. have already recorded a demo of a brand new song together, called “Tiny Summer.” You can stream the track exclusively at INXS.com.
