A condo complex is in some hot water over fining residents after a kids wiffle ball game.

“Okay, that bush is first base, this rock is second…” Those common wiffle ball ground rules are appearently not allowed at Stonecleave Village in Methuen. The managment company fined the parents of the kids about $2500 for violating the “no organized sports on the grounds” rule. The parents are up in arms! And so is US attorney Carmen M. Ortiz. He’s filed a civil suit against the management company. Home run, Ms. Ortiz!
